Season steak with garlic salt, lemon pepper and seasoning salt (or your favorite steak seasoning). Put seasoned steak in a ziploc bag with Sizemore's Marinade and let marinade for 2-4 hours (can marinade overnight). Cook steak to your liking while basting it with marinade that has been heated. When finished cooking, let rest for 2-3 minutes, plate and enjoy. We take some marinade that's been heated and put on steak before eating.
